Prefeito Jairo Herculano perde causa e terá que reajustar vencimento dos inativos
O Tribunal de Justiça do Estado da Paraíba, através de decisão em Agravo de Instrumento em face de Decisão interlocutória de juízo de primeira instância, deu provimento ao recurso do escritório AV – Advocacia Veríssimo, para conceder liminar em favor de aposentados do regime próprio do Município de Montadas. Após derrota em batalha judicial, a Prefeitura de Montadas, atualmente administrada pelo então prefeito Jairo Herculano de Melo (PSB-40) terá que reajustar anualmente os
